Offensive for some, fun for others

Colorado is an adventure game brought to us by Simlarils. While today, the American audience consider this game to be uncomfortable due to the fact that you kill Native Americans in-game, Colorado is a fun adventure game. While the title suggests that the game takes place in the Colorado state, many consider it to be vague, for the game does not offer any hints that it takes place there. The game centeres around a lone explorer who axes his way through hundreds of Native Americans, the story is not really told anywhere, for there is no dialogue in the game, at least I didn't find any. Probably the story is told in the game's manual, while the game mostly focuses on the action. At first glance, many would think that this is a point-and-click game, however, the mouse is never used at all in the game: it's all about the keyboard. Fortunately, the controls are quite good and not that hard to figure out. While the graphics look nice, the first part of the game could have better colors, for the most dominant color is brown. The sound effects could have used some work as well, but it's okay for the most part. In conclusion, Colorado is a fun adventure game and if you're the type of person who won't be offended by the theme of killing Native Americans, pick a copy and try it out!
