Not Everyone Will Enjoy It

Flight Unlimited is a aerobatic flight simulator video game developed and published by Looking Glass Studios, who also developed System Shock and System Shock 2. The game was intended to establish the company as a video game publisher and compete with other flight sim games, like Microsoft Flight Simulator. While it may not be an arcade dogfighting video game, Flight Unlimited is a fun little game, but it gets tiresome and boring quite quickly. There are two modes of gameplay: free flight, where you just fly freely, and a time attack mode, where you fly through floating rings within a time limit. There is also some sort of flight instruction video, which gives you lessons on how to fly the plane, but unless you want to fly a plane in real life, this video is mostly pointless. The controls aren't easy for a gamer who uses a keyboard, because without a joystick you might have some difficulties trying to fly your plane. The graphics are quite beautiful, but the lack of music is what makes this game boring. Overall, this game may be boring for some and fun for others, Flight Unlimited is a decent game, but not everyone will enjoy it.
