Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is included in this package:
Lara is back!
Given the resurgence of Lara Croft's popularity following the successful reboot of one of the industry's greatest franchises, with 2013's Tomb Raider, it's no surprise that she made the leap into spinoff and mobile territory. What is perhaps surprising is that Guardian of Light is so good and actually feels like a real Tomb Raider game rather than a cut down mobile knock-off. In classic fashion, Lara is exploring a Mayan tomb when she finds a magic relic which suddenly means she's in a whole heap of trouble, mainly due to the release of an ancient demon. Now, with your help, Lara needs to make it out of the temple alive, while avoiding all the myriad traps and hazards that stand between here and freedom. This is very much a game designed around co-op play, with a number of physics-based puzzles and platforming sections that are best experienced in the company of a like-minded chum. You've got a handful of weapons and items to make use of while there are also collectibles to discover and challenge rooms to add to the fun. Guardian of Light really is a cracking adventure and is thoroughly deserving of the Tomb Raider name. It harks back to the glory days of the franchise, even though it's played out in isometric fashion, and really feels like a full-blown adventure. The visuals are still splendid, with that classic look which defines the series, while the gameplay is pure fun. It's got a near perfect mix of action, platforming and puzzling and packs in some impressive bosses and corkingly good puzzles. The story isn't overly interesting but apart from this, this is great stuff.
