MDK is another of those third person action games which you know that you'll have a great time with. Predecessor to MDK 2
, this one is as solid as its successor. One neat feature of the game, is that the manual is in the form of a diary, in which Dr. Flue Hawkings
, one of the game's characters, states the discovery of what he call "Flange Orbits
". The story surrounds around a former janitor only known as Kurt who equips the "Coil Suit
", the famous armor in the series, and his job is to save the Earth from the sentient Minecrawlers
, giant fortress-like citie that are designed to strip a planet from its mineral wealth (and potato crops which is mentioned sometime in the game). If you're familiar with the gameplay of MDK 2, you won't find it any different here at all: it's a typical third-person shooter
, where you blast everything in your way and use different items, like decoys, to help you along the way. The graphics are great fir its time and the sound effect are okay. Overall, MDK
is a fun third person shooter and I recommend it to any gamer out there.
