NBA Jam TE is an updated version of the well known and beloved arcade-style basketball video game, NBA Jam. When it comes to NBA, most people think about the NBA Live series of basketball simulation games. NBA Jam instead is a fun and intense arcade style basketball video game ever released. Now, I won't be talking much about the Jam itself, but I will focus my attention on the Tournament Edition. This edition of the has many great elements which I have never experienced in the series before. One common aspect, which all sports game have, is that the game features updated rosters to match the season on which the game was released. One notable I've found in this game is that teams player count is different: elite teams consisted of three players, whereas the rookie teams consist of five players. However the gameplay remains the same The game also features unlockables, most notably the ability to have Mortal Kombat characters in the game. And finally, as the title suggests, the game also features the well known tournament mode. The game was released in the arcades, but found its way to the home consoles and PC's as well. All in all, NBA Jam TE is a great update over NBA Jam, resulting in a more fun and intense game than before. I may have left out some other great features, but it's up to you to discover them.
