Sensible World of Soccer combines the two genres of the soccer video game world: simulation and manager. It was designed by Sensible as the 1994 sequel to their 1992 hit game Sensible Soccer. The game features all of the players and team from professional leagues from the time this game was released. Even national and international competitions are included in the game as well. An after making a little bit of math, the game features a total of 1.500 teams and 27.000 players. That's quite a lot! The game features a career mode, where the main objective is to manage a team of your choice and then have one of two options: just sit back and watch your players perform or take direct control of the players on the field. This is quite a nice feature and satisfies both normal soccer video game fans and manager video game fans. The gameplay is quite simple, if not the most simple in all of the soccer games: moving in 8 directions and shooting. Changing players is also well done. You don't have to access the in-game menu. Instead, you press the right button, select which player to go on the field and which one to leave. There are many other great elements in the game, but it's better if you find them out.
