Not mainstream, an indie adventure

Slender: The Arrival is an indie horror game developed by Blue Isle Studios and is the sequel to the famous horror game known as Slender. The sequel was one of the most anticipated games of the year and fortunately it exceed most people's expectations. The game has more levels, a storyline and the same scares and chills that the prequel has offered us. The story is told through a series of notes that the players finds along the way and to be honest it's quite good. The game is split into 5 levels a hidden level, but I won't spoil that for you. The controls are the same as in the prequel, so there's nothing to comment over here. The scare factor of the game is the same as in the prequel, with the Slender Man chasing the player around. After completing the game, the player is rewarded with a second difficulty setting, which is much difficult, but whoever dares to complete the game on this setting, a second ending will be triggered. The graphics are improved over the previous one and the sound has remained the same. Overall, Slender: The Arrival is a game that exceeded our expectations and is a great to test someone's courage to face the one tall pale man that even to this day gives us nightmares.
