Not Bad
When it comes to movie licensed games, everyone might smell a disaster. While there are decent and/or great movie licensed games, there are a ton of awful games based on movies. The worst movie game ever released is Charlie's Angels and I warn you not to touch it. But then I have stumbled upon Waterwold, a movie licensed game that I knew that it would result in a bad game. I have played for a few minutes and came to the conclusion that it's not that bad. Although, the RTS style of gameplay doesn't seem to be too great for a movie licensed game, but it's not bad at all. The intro movie gives a nice backstory, especially that it's not a scientific explanation, more like hearing it from a witch doctor. The graphics don't seem to impressive, but they're not bad. The sound is okay, but be sure not to have to volume too high, because there is some screaming in the game. The gameplay, as I said, is like in any RTS game, but to be honest I didn't mind this and had quite some fun with the fun. In conclusion, I have no idea how well the game follows the movie because I haven't seen it, but it's not half bad. You can try it out, but don't expect anything epic from this game.
