Rescue rover; solve puzzles!

Rescue Rover is a nice, simple, kids oriented puzzler game, in which the object of the game is to solve a series of puzzles, based around finding the exact path in every location. The levels are based on areas that can be traversed freely, but then there are also levels that consist of traps, or tiles that once traversed change their orientation; thus you have to explore these road blockages in your advantage and find the right track and path, doing some mental calculations even before you take one step in any directions. It's really relaxing, and it's the kind of game that you'll love if you love knowing what the parameters of the puzzles are, but not the whole picture every time. Also, Rescue Rover has loads of levels, so it can be played for long periods of time and you'll get a lot out of it for loads of time. Plus, Rescue Rover does a good job with the graphics, as it looks nice, even if the tiles are simple. But you get the relevant info immediately. A good alternative if you like sort of maze puzzles is the second game in the series, Rescue Rover 2, which just adds more levels and a few more tiles, thus making exploring new levels more interesting.

A very challenging puzzle game

Rescue Rover is seemingly a very simple game - your dog is kidnapped and stuck and you, as a good owner who loves his dog - have to get him back. It's the way you get him back that is the premise of the game. To release him, you have to get to him using your mind, logic and puzzle solving abilities that increase on every level. You have to do this by moving objects around in a grid to open up a path to get to the dog and then bring it back out. There are also robots on the field, the same robots that took your dog and you'll have to take care of them too, in any means you can. You can either avoid them, run from them or entrap them. The game is a real brain teaser and very challenging, yet very fun and entertaining and it's great because it boots your logic thinking and coordination in unfamiliar places and giving your brain quite a workout. The game is in 2D and full of bright, warm colors, very nice looking and Rover is just adorable. There is no music, only simple sound effects during gameplay. I love the game's challenging and ingenious nature, I really had to knack my brain around some of the puzzles. If you like challenging, fun games and hard puzzles, this is the game for you. There is even a sequel, called Rescue Rover 2, so check it out.
