I have a question to all hunters out there: What does it take to become a hunter? I'm asking because I haven't seen any hunting games for quite some time. It's a pitty because I find it more relaxing when taking a break from mainstream games. There are a lot of good hunting games, one of the most famous one being the Deer Hunter
series. There were some parodies of the genre, most notably the Deer Avenger
game series. Recently, I have stumbled upon a hunting game: Bird Hunter Wild Wings Edition. To be honest, I know that this has got to have some extra content, but I really don't what. All I cared about is the game itself. This game is a bit complex and unless you know what hunting is about, you need to consult some guides before bothering to play. I have scrached my head a few times while playing, but nevertheless I've had fun. The gameplay is like in any FPS, move, aim and shoot. Easy, right? Well, you even have an inventory, where you hold different items, but I can't really explain because I haven't understood it completely. But basics in the game lays in hunting down birds. You even have a hunting dog, but I don't really know exactly what he's good for. The game tends to be a boring due to the fact that you need patience, which I really don't like. The graphics and sounds are all good, but the lack of music has almost but me to sleep. Overall, if you really have the patience to play hunting games then this game might be for you. The others might as well stick to regular FPS games.
