Great storyline

Best real time strategy game ever, and the original. (although Dune 1 was realy the original, it was also an adventure game). I have yet to play a strategy game that beats it, which is remarkable that, game manufacturers haven't been able take what's best from Dune 2 and improve upon it. The only real problem is that you can't click and drag rather, you have to click each item individualy but you get used to it. It was eraly days for these type of games. Simple gameplay, straight to the point and great storyline all the way to the end.

The greatest real time game?

Maybe the greatest real time - strategy game For sure the first one.For the first time you find: * Mouse operated units and buildings * A world map from which the next mission is chosen * Resource-gathering to fund unit construction * Simple base and unit construction * Building construction dependencies (technology tree) * Mobile units that can be deployed as Buildings * Different sides/factions (the Houses), each with unique unit-types and super weapons * Destruction of the enemy as a goal

Original cd/dvd version
If you did not find any online digital version to download or it's not working properly, you have the chance to buy Dune 2 from Amazon store and play it again.
