Laughable Variety
Network Q Rac Rally is a racing game that takes the direction of simulation, rather than arcade-style racing like most games, most notably Sega Rally 2. I'm not really a fan of simulated rally game, but somehow this game amazed me and made me think twice about the genre. While I'm terrible at race simulations games, especially rally ones, Network Q Rac Rally made me feel more confident about myself and determined me to push on. However, that doesn't say much. There's a laughable variety of cars, only one game mode and that's about it. The only game mode you're offered is called Rally, which is self-explanatory and you only have a choice of 5 cars, which is lame. The gameplay, on the other hand, is quite good. Sadly, this doesn't help make the game more than decent. The graphics and sound are both good. Overall, Network Q Rac Rally isn't a bad game, but it lacks some variety, which all rally games should have. You might want to try out the sequel. It's way better.
