When it comes to simulation games, no other game is as classic as Sim City. From the very first game all the way to Sim City 4, the series has shown no sign of stopping, for Sim City 5 is in the works. Until that game will see the light of day, let's have a look at the game that started off this series. I bet that each and everyone of you have at least played this game. For those of you who are still unfamiliar with the game, here's a quick overview: basically, you're the mayor a newly founded city, which normally you'll have to build from scratch, and have to manage it as time passes. By doing so, you'll have to provide electricity, fresh water, education and so many other services to your citizens. Take note that the game might prove to be brutal and every action you will take will some consequences as well. Would you rather risk the lives of some citizens in order to build more factories and try to earn more money to your budget? Or would you prefer spending large sums of money in order to make your citizens happy? These kind of decisions might prove to be difficult, yet the fun factor of the game doesn't decrease. You're not limited of how you want to build your city, the only thing that might hold you back is the money. You can even become a sadist by provoking natural disasters, destroying everything you have built. There are many other things that I surely left out, but it's better if you find that out for yourselves. Overall, Sim City is a game that redefines classic and it's one of the most beloved city management/simulation games ever released for the PC. If you happen to stumble upon a copy of the game, go ahead and play it!
