A magical journey

Asghan: The Dragon Slayer is a 3D fantasy role-playing game released in 1996 by one of the most well-known publishers, Grolier Interactive. Another popular game published by Grolier is Time Warriors. Your character is Asghan, a young warrior that goes in a quest to kill dragons, because these creatures are responsible for the death of his father. This game resembles a lot with Lara Croft's Tomb Raider, because of the style adopted by producers, the themes, combats, controls (Asghan is agile and able to climb, jump, crawl or swim). The creatures you have to defeat are over 60 and they are using different weapons and tactics to kill you. The locations are hazardous, where you are expected by monsters at every corner. The lands you have to explore in order to solve puzzles and enter battles include forests, submarine remains of buildings, and horrendous dungeons. The fantasy aspect brings elements like exorcism or spells. The captivating journey of Asghan lead to an experience where the bad and the magic combine, along with the secrets the barbarian has to discover. The moves you use in your defence are unique and dynamic. Beside the purpose of avenging Asghan's father, you have to gain a venerable place in the kingdom of Brightmoon. Live this journey and won't regret it.
