If you're in desperate need of a bit of eighties softcore titillation, then this provocatively titled game might just be what you're looking for. However, even without the promise of dodgily digitized beauties promising to take their clothes off, this is actually a surprisingly decent little puzzler. Just make sure your boss isn't around when you're playing it. The basic goal of the game is simple enough and pits two players against one another in a bid to conquer the game board, which consists of a ten by ten grid. This is achieved by playing counters or chips in an attempt to control the squares. The setup is a little confusing at the start, but it's easy enough to figure out after a little bit of experimentation and you'll soon get the hang of it. The scantily clad girls act as both your opponents, with the various ladies presenting different skill levels, and as your reward. The more game you win, the more pieces are removed from another set of boards, ultimately revealing them in all their eighties glory. Well, not quite all, but close enough. It's unlikely that anyone would pay much attention to Centerfold Squares if it wasn't for the inclusion of the digitized pictures but with them, only controversy surrounds it. If you strip away the titillation, then what you actually have is an intriguing two-player strategy game which should appeal to followers of Chess and Mahjong. It requires plenty of thinking and a decent plan in order to emerge victorious so if you are a follower of such games, this might be of interest. Plus of course, there's the added attraction of the intriguingly dressed young ladies (most of whom are probably old enough to be your granny now. Think about that!). Check out Ladylove or X Rock for similarly naughty experiences.
