Educational game infused with lots of facts
In Snooper Troops 2 you'll be playing the part of a private detective, such as in the classic edutainment Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego series, but here, the game is delivered a little more differently, and well, within the graphical constraints of the early 90s. The great thing about it though is that it asks you to complete a large number of different tasks, tasks which will teach you reasoning, logic, thinking ahead, strategy and much more. For instance, there are games that are graphical in nature, where, for instance you need to pick an object based on a description, and there are also math and word based games. Yeah, the puzzles can be a bit disparate, but then again, you won't be playing it for the backstory, which is mostly quasiinexistent; you will be playing because you are enticed to see what comes next, what kind of minigame the developers will conjure, especially given the tight hardware resources and limitations the developers must have encountered. So, without further ado, give it a try, as long as you're not too critical of its graphics, it will impress with great puzzles and challenges. Oh, and don't forget that there's a prequel, Snooper Trooper, which is just as nice and playable.
